    • 亚博足彩政府管理学院教授,西安交通大学博士。研究方向为数字治理、政府创新与绩效管理。曾任中国人民大学公共管理学院教授、新加坡南洋理工大学南洋公共管理研究生院高级研究员、美国密歇根大学福特公共政策学院客座教授。主持国家社会科学基金重大项目,国家自然科学基金青年项目、应急项目、面上项目等课题,出版多部著译作,在国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇。在 Governance、Public Administration、Public Management Review、International Public Management Journal、International Review of Administrative Sciences、Policy Sciences、Regulation and Governance等公共管理领域国际权威期刊发表论文数十篇。研究成果获公共管理研究会(PMRA)最佳论文奖、国际公共管理网络(IPMN)最佳论文奖、美国公共行政学会(ASPA)国际分会最佳论文奖、《亚洲公共政策学报》(JAPP)最佳论文奖,以及教育部高等学校优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)青年奖、二等奖等。2024-2025年担任美国公共行政学会(ASPA)中国公共行政分会(SCPA)主席,担任International Journal of Public Administration联合编辑、Chinese Public Administration Review副主编、《公共管理与政策评论》编辑。入选国家级人才计划青年项目、北京市优秀青年人才计划、北京市社会科学基金青年学术带头人项目等。2022年以来,每年入选“全球顶尖学者学术影响力”排行榜、“中国高被引学者”榜单。入选2023、2024年度全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。经常在主流媒体发表新闻评论。
